  イベント申込やお問い合わせ時に、氏名、メールアドレス、在留資格、希望サービス等を取得する場合があります。

• 第三者提供について：

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all:

• Be respectful and inclusive of all participants regardless of nationality, race, language level, or background.

• Use kind and appropriate language; harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Do not record or share event content or participant information without permission.

• Be punctual and cooperative during events.

Violation Policy:
Participants engaging in inappropriate or harmful behavior may be removed from the session and banned from future ICAJ events.

全ての参加者が安心して過ごせるよう、以下の点をご理解・遵守ください：

• 国籍、人種、日本語レベルや背景を問わず、互いを尊重し、思いやりをもって接してください。

• ハラスメント、差別的発言、迷惑行為は禁止です。

• 許可なくイベント内容や参加者情報を録音・撮影・共有しないでください。

• 開催時間を守り、円滑な運営にご協力ください。

違反があった場合：
不適切な行為が確認された場合、参加を中止していただき、今後のICAJイベント参加をお断りすることがあります。

By attending our events, you may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify us in advance.

イベント中に撮影された写真・動画を広報用に使用することがあります。掲載を希望されない場合は、事前にお知らせください。
